'Trip Share' is a user-friendly travel planning web app designed to simplify the process of creating travel itineraries and managing trip expenses among friends. The app aims to streamline group travel planning and post-trip expense reconciliation, allowing users to effortlessly track and settle shared costs.
The idea for 'Trip Share' stemmed from the common hassles encountered during group travels. Coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and reconciling expenses often lead to confusion and disputes. Recognizing this need, I developed 'Trip Share' to provide a seamless experience where users can collaboratively plan trips, log expenses, and ensure clear and fair financial settlements.
'Trip Share' is targeted towards tech-savvy travelers, particularly young adults and friends who frequently travel together. The app is ideal for those who prefer a straightforward and efficient tool to manage travel plans and expenses, minimizing the time spent on logistical concerns and maximizing enjoyment.

With the initial UX research and planning complete, we created a site map to outline the essential pages for the MVP. Then, we outlined the user flows (and various task flows within) to see the UX flow from a bird's eye view.
The branding of 'Trip Share' is designed to reflect simplicity, clarity, and ease of use. The visual design is clean and intuitive, with a focus on a minimalistic user interface that highlights essential functionalities without clutter. The color palette is calming and inviting, encouraging users to feel at ease while planning their travels.
We build high-fidelity wireframes. We focused on building a wireframe for each task to check the flow and make the entire system cohesive.
I am excited to present a website that I fully developed using Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase.
